More information and Registration
MCGT’s Mini-Conferences are a half-day of intense learning, along with an opportunity to talk with other parents, educators, professionals, and long-time advocated for gifted children. All who are interested in the topic of giftedness – educators, parents, caregivers, and professionals – are welcome.
Mini-conferences usually consist of two speakers who each present on topics of vital interest to those who know and care about gifted children. The two presentations are followed by a panel question and answer session that includes both speakers plus an additional gifted professional.
MCGT usually holds mini-conference two or three times a year. Information about upcoming mini-conferences will be posted on MCGT’s website and on our Facebook page. Pre-registration is encouraged, but walk-ins are always welcome.
We do not have children’s programs at our mini-conferences and no childcare is available. These events are for parents, educators, and other professionals. We do not have space, activities, or supervision for children.
