We have exciting news! We are implementing a new membership management system.
This system will automate our membership renewal process, will provide for a better user experience, give chapter leaders easier access to their members information and will reduce the administrative time necessary to maintain our data. The new system also includes a new event management module. Your registration for events, most notably the annual conference, should also be a better experience.
With all of this said, there will likely be issues that will need to be addressed during the implementation stage. If you encounter any issues, please email me at [email protected] with any problems. I want to address them as quickly as I can.
I have imported our membership data into the new system. There is automated messaging capabilities built in, such as membership renewal reminders. If you receive one of these messages, but have recently renewed, please forward that message to me, so that I can update your membership data.
One of the improved member experiences is the ability to update your demographic information. To do this you will login using the email you provided during registration. We imported the email addresses we have on file and we have sent an email message to that address with instructions on how to set your password.
I appreciate your patience as we make this transition. I anticipate that within a couple of weeks of implementation, we should have a stable system and things will be running smoothly. Again, however, if you experience any issues please email me at [email protected] as soon as possible.
