A formal meeting of the PLS MCGT will be held, where all members of the public are welcome to attend. As this is the first official meeting of the year, we will be discussing local and state level MCGT updates, leadership and volunteer opportunities within the organization and upcoming advocacy opportunities for gifted and talented children. We will also be discussing ideas to further engage our gifted students and future events and fundraising.
This meeting will be hosting a very special speaker and lifelong advocate of gifted and talented children, former SAGE teacher, Michele Tindal. She will be discussing the importance of Gifted Child advocacy and insight into gifted learners from a teacher’s perspective.
An open forum for questions and discussion will follow.
