I work with adults who are gifted (creative, high-achieving, fast talkers & faster thinkers), neurocomplex (gifted, Autistic, and/or ADHD), and/or nature-lovers. More specifically, I often work with newly diagnosed, highly-masked, or female-identifying or AFAB Autistics; young adults navigating college or graduate school or transitioning out of it; people who deeply value their connection with the earth; people who are highly intellectual and wanting to increase connection with their emotions and bodies; and individuals who question cultural norms in search of a deeply meaningful life. I also recently began working with parents of young children with cancer.

I help kids, parents, and adults navigate giftedness with empathy, insight, and clarity. My style blends candor with warmth, insight with empathy, and humor with compassion. I enjoy quick-witted conversations, existential ponderings, and geeking out over just about anything. I believe that effective therapy involves experiential (body) and the cognitive (mind). I’m focused on anxiety, depression, kids who are bored out of their minds, autism, life changes, discovering you’re gifted, and identity exploration. My practice affirms non-binary and LGBTQ+ people and the profound impacts of intergenerational racial trauma.

I provide educational advising on transition from homeschooling to brick-and-mortar school attendance and on transition in the other direction. I have taught group classes in advanced mathematics (prealgebra for elementary age pupils) since 2007. I also advise families on finding affordable, challenging college possibilities.
